RK-Spectro Technical Note 17: Single wavelength kinetics experiment using MOS250 in absorbance mode
Latest updated: February 16, 2021Introduction
A Technical Note which details how to perform single wavelength kinetics using MOS250, a stopped-flow module, and Biokine32 software. The reduction of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol by L ascorbic acid is presented in this application note, the kinetics is followed by absorbance at 524 nm. If the concentration of DCIP is sufficiently smaller than Ascorbic acid then the reaction could be treated as a pseudo-first-order reaction.
