RK-Spectro Technical Note 38: Anisotropy T-format using MOS250 and two additional channels

Introduction

A Technical Note which demonstrates a step-by-step procedure to perform anisotropy measurements using T-format configuration. To illustrate this note the example of the refolding kinetics of an hen egg lysosyme is performed. Control of syringes, acquisition, and analysis are made using Bio-Kine software, version 4.01. The example presupposes that the user understands how to operate the MOS-250, PMS-250 and Bio-Kine software.
