RK-Spectro Technical Note 55: Single wavelength kinetics using J715-720 and Bio-Kine32 in CD mode-reaction 1

Introduction

This Technical Note explains how to perform single wavelength kinetics using J-720- 715 controlled by the Bio-Kine32 in Circular Dichroism mode. Reaction used: refolding of Hen egg lysozyme. The enzyme unfolded in a 6M GndHCl solution is refolded by a 9 fold dilution in water. This test experiment can be performed with all our stopped-flow systems. For reasons of simplicity this experiment is described with an SFM-300.
