RK-Spectro Technical Note 56: Single wavelength kinetics using J715-720 and Bio-Kine32 in CD mode-reaction 2

Introduction

This application note describes how to perform single wavelength kinetics using J-720- 715 controlled by Bio-Kine32 Software in Circular Dichroism mode. Reaction used: reduction of glucuronic lactone acid with sodium hydroxide. This test experiment can be performed with all our stopped-flow models. For reasons of simplicity this experiment is described using an SFM-20.
