RK-Spectro Technical Note 61: Anisotropy T- format using MOS-200/M and an additional PMS-250

Introduction

This note’s objective is to provide a step by step procedure to perform anisotropy measurements using T-format configuration. To illustrate this note, the kinetic of BSA (Bovin Serum Albumin) is performed. Control of syringes, acquisition and analysis are made using Bio-Kine version 4.51. The scenario pressupposes the user has a good understanding of operating procedures for the PMS-250 and Bio-Kine software.
