RK-Spectro Technical Note 67: Steady state spectral recording using MOS-450 in ORD mode

Introduction

The aim of this application note is to learn how to perform ORD spectra using MOS-450 and Biokine32. The MOS-450 is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp and uses the smallest slits.
Chemical used: CSA (1S)-(-)-10-camphorsulphonic acid (0.9 mg/mL) in water.
