RK-Spectro Technical Note 83: Spectral recording MOS-500 in anisotropy mode

Latest updated: February 17, 2021

Introduction

The aim of this application note is to demonstrate how a fluorescence anisotropy scan can be performed using BioLogic’s MOS500 Circular Dichroism Spectrometer together with the Bio-Kine32 Software. The MOS-500 is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp and 2nm bandwidth is selected. The A/D board and Bio-kine32 have been correctly configured. The scan is carried out between 240 nm and 300 nm, the emission being carried executed at λ> 320 nm (cut-off filter installed into the PM tube).
